It gives us great pleasure to introduce you to our expert wedding specialists. We take our time to get to know you. Everything we present to you is custom-tailored to your vision and desires for your special day. We work hard to make the planning of your dream wedding at our unique Texas wedding venue as simple as possible.

Planning your wedding should be as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. We strive to make all aspects of your wedding from planning to saying, “I do”, effortless and fun for everyone involved. Through the planning process you will enjoy the opportunity to see all three of our luxurious wedding spaces: The Courtyard, Tejas Room and the Grand Ballroom. Once you’ve set a date, our wedding coordinator will work with your to coordinate the wedding of your dreams. After you’ve had a tasting with the chef from our award-winning restaurant, The Carillon, and selected all of the unique aspects you want for the big day, all that’s left for you to do is walk down the aisle and say, “I do!” We have included a more detailed look at our wedding planning process on the right.

First you must see all three of our luxurious wedding spaces: The Courtyard, Tejas Room and the Grand Ballroom. Once you’ve set a date, our wedding coordinator will work with your to coordinate the wedding timeline and day of details. After you’ve had a tasting with the chef from our award-winning restaurant The Carillon, the hard part will be narrowing down the menu! Once we have your final number of guests, all that’s left is for you to walk down the aisle and say, “I do!”

Planning Your Beautiful Wedding at the Grand Ballroom

  1. The first step to begin your wedding planning is the Bride’s Initial Request. You can either visit our website and fill out the contact form or call directly (512) 404-3616.
  2. After we receive your request, our wedding coordinator will contact you and share some general information about planning your wedding with us.
  3. The next step is to meet with our coordinator to begin discuss any and all of your wedding needs and ideas.
  4. After the meeting, our wedding coordinator will take you on a site tour of all three of our unique spaces: the Courtyard, Tejas Room, and The Grand Ballroom.
  5. At this point in the process, it is time to select and secure the date of your big day! This is constituted by signing the contract and paying the initial deposit.

At this time, we will begin to prepare for the actual event.

  1. First, you will meet with a Sales Manager to set up a room block for your out of town guests.
  2. The second planning meeting will be held to provide a list of your selected vendors and discuss your floor plan ideas.
  3. The third planning meeting is a specialized tasting with one of our expert chefs from the award-winning restaurant, The
  4. Carillon, to choose your wedding fare. (Final menu choices should be determined 4-12 weeks before the event.)
  5. The fourth planning meeting will go over the timeline and all the final details. (The final Banquet Event Order and floor plans will be sent to you for review 1-2 weeks before the event.)
  6. The last step before the arrival of your exciting day is to submit the final guest count which is due 3 days before the event.
